2016 CANDLELIGHT TOUR

1217 Michigan Avenue, the home of Don and Julie Fugitt-Schultz, was built for banker Francis H. Morrison in 1905.  The house, with its original Marshall Field & Co. wall stenciling, was designed by Chicago architect Charles Whitney Stevens, and is an exceptional example of Colonial Revival styling.
